Welcome to BOZ388. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and BOZ388 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the BOZ388 website located at https://boz388.asia and all associated services, products, and features offered therein.

BOZ388 operates an online entertainment platform offering casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, and related gaming products. Our platform is operated for users in Malaysia and other applicable jurisdictions, with all account balances denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager on the BOZ388 platform, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of these Terms;
• You agree to be bound by any additional rules, policies, and guidelines posted on the platform, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the BOZ388 platform and close your account if one has been created.

In these Terms, the following defined terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

To register and maintain a BOZ388 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for the duration of your membership:

• Age requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. BOZ388 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all casino and sports betting activities, consistent with internationally recognised standards for gambling platforms. We reserve the right to request age verification documentation at any time.
• Legal capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your access to and use of the BOZ388 platform is lawful in your location.
• Not self-excluded: You must not have voluntarily self-excluded from gambling or gaming platforms. Players who have activated self-exclusion are prohibited from registering or maintaining an Account.
• One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the BOZ388 platform. Persons found to operate multiple accounts will have all associated accounts suspended and balances forfeited.

When registering an Account with BOZ388, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. BOZ388 reserves the right to verify this information at any stage of the account lifecycle.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. BOZ388 shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your login information.

You must ensure that all Account information remains accurate and current. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, BOZ388 requires the completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. Acceptable documents include a valid Malaysian identification card (MyKad), passport, and proof of address issued within the last three months. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period following a withdrawal request may result in the request being declined until verification is completed.

BOZ388 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment channels: FPX (Financial Process Exchange), DuitNow QR, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2U, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, Hong Leong Connect, Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards, as well as cryptocurrency deposits in USDT (TRC-20) and Bitcoin (BTC), which are converted at live market rates at the time of transaction.

Deposits made via FPX, DuitNow, and e-wallet channels are typically credited to your Account within 30 to 60 seconds of successful payment confirmation. BOZ388 does not impose processing fees on deposits. Any fees levied by your bank or payment provider are not BOZ388's responsibility.

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified account holders are processed within 1 to 3 business hours during BOZ388 operating hours (8:00 AM – 2:00 AM MYT, daily). The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 unless otherwise specified. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts held in the name of the registered Account holder.

BOZ388 reserves the right to request additional documentation in connection with any deposit or withdrawal transaction, including but not limited to source-of-funds documentation, where required for compliance purposes. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in a hold on the affected transaction pending resolution.

BOZ388 offers various promotional incentives to eligible Users, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, referral rewards, and VIP tier benefits. All promotional offers are subject to the following general terms as well as any specific terms stated alongside the relevant promotion.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings are eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiple for each promotion is stated in that promotion's specific terms.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Time limits: All bonus offers carry an expiry period. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements that are not met within the stated period will be forfeited automatically.
• One bonus per person: Unless expressly stated otherwise, each User is entitled to claim a welcome or first-deposit bonus only once. Attempting to claim the same promotional offer multiple times constitutes bonus abuse.
• BOZ388 discretion: BOZ388 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not affect bonuses that have already been credited to a User's Account and are in active use.

All bets placed and games participated in on the BOZ388 platform are subject to the applicable product-specific rules available within the relevant game or sports market interface. The following general rules apply across all BOZ388 products:

• A bet or wager is binding once it has been confirmed and accepted by the BOZ388 system. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the User.
• BOZ388 reserves the right to void any bet in the event of a system or human error that results in incorrect odds or game parameters being displayed. Users will be notified and the relevant stake refunded in such cases.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change prior to market closure. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that specific wager.
• BOZ388 covers a wide range of sports markets including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA competitions, UFC events, and other international sporting fixtures. Market availability is subject to operational decisions and may change without prior notice.
• All random number generator (RNG) games on the BOZ388 platform are operated using certified and regularly audited RNG systems to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the BOZ388 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether in your own name or under a false identity;
• Using the platform to launder money or engage in any transaction that is illegal under applicable law;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform in a manner not sanctioned by BOZ388;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer format;
• Charging back or reversing any payment made to BOZ388 through a financial institution without first raising the matter through official BOZ388 support channels;
• Sharing Account access with third parties, including friends, family members, or agents.

All content appearing on the BOZ388 platform — including but not limited to the BOZ388 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, software, game content, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of BOZ388 or its licensed content suppliers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the BOZ388 platform solely for your personal, recreational gambling activities in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the BOZ388 platform without prior written consent from BOZ388.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BOZ388 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failure; loss of data; loss of opportunity; or any indirect financial loss arising from interrupted platform access.

BOZ388's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit BOZ388's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

BOZ388 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and provides a range of tools to help Users manage their gaming activity. All registered Account holders have access to the following controls at any time through their Account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Session time limits: Configure reminders or automatic logouts after specified periods of continuous play.
• Self-exclusion: Voluntarily exclude your Account from all BOZ388 gaming and betting services for a defined period or indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission.
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily pause your Account for a short-term break without full self-exclusion.

Personal data collected by BOZ388 is used solely for the purposes of operating your Account, processing transactions, verifying identity, complying with applicable legal obligations, and improving the quality of the platform. BOZ388 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Either party may terminate the relationship governed by these Terms at any time, subject to the following provisions:

You may close your BOZ388 Account at any time by submitting a written request to our customer support team. Prior to closure, any Real Money Balance held in your Account will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, provided that all KYC requirements have been fulfilled and no active bonus wagering requirements are pending.

BOZ388 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification; provision of false registration information; or any conduct that BOZ388 reasonably considers harmful to the integrity of the platform. In cases of termination for breach, BOZ388 may withhold any Account balance pending investigation.

BOZ388 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, BOZ388 will notify registered Users via email or a prominent notice on the platform no fewer than 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, except in cases where immediate amendment is required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.

Your continued use of the BOZ388 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request Account closure prior to the effective date of the changes.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BOZ388 holds its operating licence. The parties agree that any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules of that jurisdiction.

For informal dispute resolution, Users are encouraged to contact BOZ388 customer support in the first instance. BOZ388 undertakes to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days and to make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes to the satisfaction of both parties.
